Terms — website & Early Production Access

Last reviewed: 18 July 2026. Service terms and a data-processing agreement accompany the production API at launch; these terms cover the website, the screener and verifier tools, and the reservation programme.

The tools on this site

• The scope screener and developer guide are informational. They are not legal advice, and no output of this site is a compliance determination.
• The image verifier is provided as-is for checking C2PA provenance. Upload only files you are entitled to process; 50 MB limit; rate limits apply.

£49 reservation — refund policy

• The reservation secures a place in Early Production Access and is fully refundable on request, at any time before your Production subscription starts — email us or use the contact form and we refund via Stripe to the original payment method.
• When you start a Production subscription, the £49 is credited against your first Production month.
• If we do not launch Production access, or cannot offer you a place, we refund you proactively.

Sandbox and cards

When sandbox signup opens, a card is required for abuse prevention only. The sandbox tier is £0/month, and nothing is charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid tier. There is no automatic conversion from sandbox to a paid plan.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tools on this site to attack the service or others, to process content you have no right to process, or to misrepresent the provenance of content. The signing platform is technically constrained to AI-provenance assertions and refuses assertions of authenticity, human origin, or third-party identity.
